BV2 microglia cells were treated with 1µM LPA and 1µM CRT (a PKD family inhibitor) for 20 minutes. Respective samples were pre incubated for different time periods with CRT. The expression of phospho PKD2 was detected using immunoblotting.

Increased expression of phospho PKD2 was detected after treatment with LPA. Inhibition with CRT abrogated this expression. Pre treatment with CRT during different time periods seemed to have no differences in the efficacy of the inhibitor.
