Product Name:

Donkey Anti-Goat IgG H&L (HRP)

Since our samples are murine tissue and cells, we use this antibody for detecting any anti-goat secondary. Our lamin-b happens to be a goat polyclonal therefore we use this as our secondary to detect lamin b as one of our possible loading controls on western.

Results Summary

The results have always been great. Our lamin-b does show us two different bands but due to it being a polyclonal, that is probably the issue with the primary than this secondary antibody.
