Cells were grown in complete media until almost 70 per cent confluence. These cells were subjected to MEK1 knockdown using its on-target siRNA. For this, specific siRNA was transfected to cells using Genlantis™ GeneSilencer™ siRNA transfection reagent. The recommended protocol of Genlantis™ was used for transfection.

Almost 85% of the MEK1 proteins were depleted after 36 hours of siRNA transfection. This reagent has shown good transfection efficiency.
