We used the kit to detect the cytokines levels that were in nanogram levels in porcine amniotic membranes. We used the kit both for powder and membrane extracts and the kit is robust and worked absolutely fine with good reproducibility. We were specific and able to do a large volume of samples because the standard, sample diluent and buffers provided are usually more quantity sufficient. I recommend this product for sure.
