I have used this buffer to save time and money. There is no need to rerun a gel to prob another protein of interest. This stripping buffer is safe to use without damaging the proteins in the membrane. This is effectively removes primary and secondary antibodies from nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes to allow chemiluminescent Western blots to be reprobed.

Incubate fo 20-30 mins for better results, Washing after this is important
