Purified CD19+ B cells from human PBMC by magnetic bead-based positive selection
2.0x10^5 cells were stained with the manufacturer's recommended volume of antibody in a total staining volume of 100ul autoMACS running buffer (Miltenyi Biotec) for 30 minutes on ice in the dark.
10 min on ice with human Fc receptor blocking reagent (Miltenyi Biotec) prior to primary incubation with fluorochrome-labelled antibody

This antibody gives a distinct peak of CD19+ cells (unfilled histogram) that are easily distinguished from CD19+ cells stained with a matched isotype control antibody (filled histogram).
