To normalise the nitrocellulose immunoblot for the equal loading of proteins (loading control), beta-tubulin levels were detected in the same blot. For, this the immunoblots which were already identified for a target molecule were IgG stripped with stripping buffer, blocked with skim milk and probed with Abcam beta-tubulin antibody. Selection of antibody was based on previous experience and the protein band shown in antibody flyer.

ECL detection in X-Ray films
The antibody has detected very strong and an intense band of beta-tubulin protein at nearly 56 kDa molecular weight (Low range protein marker). However, no or little variation in protein load was observed between the lanes.
