Product Name:

SIN-1 chloride

Catalog Number:

0756

SIN-1 generates peroxinitrite from super oxide and nitric oxide. Effects of SIN-1 (20 μM in pH 7.4, kept at 37 °C for 2 h) on the MPO (10 nM)-H2O2 (25 μM)-chloride system were analyzed by APF fluorescence measurements. SIN-1 inhibited MPO activity, as shown by reduced fluorescence.
