Blood was drawn from an 8 week old naive B6 mouse. PBMC was isolated following histopaque gradient. PBMC was then washed with FACS buffer. The cells were treated with BV421anti-mouse CD44 Antibody at a dilution of 1:100 for 20 min on ice. After 20 min incubation the cells were washed 3 times with FACS buffer and was ready for acquisition.
