TGF-β1 involves in proliferation, angiogenesis, and promotion or inhibition of many immune events. TGF-β1 is produced by a number of cell types including regulatory T cells, fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and endothelial cells. One of my experiments needs to measure the expression of TGF-β1. I used this antibody for Western blot and it worked very well for me.

TGF β1 (1:500 dilution), Overnight at 4 degree on rocking shaker
Odyssey blocking buffer (1:1)ratio with1X PBS buffer
Goat anti-Mouse IgG, LICOR (1:5000 dilution) at RT for 1hr

Scanned on Odyssey® CLx (auto scan 700 & s800).
Anti TGF β1 is a good antibody. I recommend this antibody for WB.
My results were satisfactory
