I am working with a multiplex immunofluorescence technique in which you can stain one single tissue section with more than 100 antibodies. I have a portfolio of more than 2000 different antibodies and have generated over 100,000 immunofluorescence images. I supervise several projects in which we stain different tissue samples, e.g., skin (melanoma, psoriasis), tumor, spleen, etc. Our focus for this project was to characterize the germinal center in a B cell-specific CD83 conditional knockout model as CD83 modulates B cell activation and germinal center response.
