I specialize in functional genomics and applying gene editing technologies to address immunology questions. I have recently developed a new barcoding system, which represents the largest known to date set of protein-based reporters (doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2018.09.022). I used this antibody to detect a recombinant protein modified with Protein C tag (EDQVDPRLIDGK) expressed by HEK 293T cells. The antibody is excellent and reliable; I used it for flow and mass cytometry.
