My research aim is the analysis of the impact of kinase inhibitors on different myeloid cell types (differentiation, proliferation, cytokine excretion). For this experiment I measured the proliferation of different T-cells in the presence of different stimuli and different kinase inhibitors.

Results Summary

I have used the EZ4U cell proliferation kit to study the proliferation of different T-Cells stimulated with different substances under the influence of different kinase inhibitors. The product is easy to use since you just add it to the cell culture plates after the desired stimulation and get the results almost immediately. It is very good to test different conditions or inhibitors since the measuring is done via a photometer, allowing multiple 96-well plates to be handled in parallel.
