Company:

BD Biosciences

Product Name:

APC Annexin V

Catalog Number:

550474

Our lab studies the role of mTOR signaling in CD8 T cell differentiation and function. mTOR signaling controls the metabolic programming of T cells but also critically regulates cell survival. To measure apoptosis with flow cytometry, we use Annexin V to detect cells that are apoptotic and potentially undergoing terminal cell death.
