My research focus is on understanding the role of the immune system in regulating blood glucose and adipose tissue. We lysed mouse white adipose tissue and used this product to probe for glut 4.

Results Summary

The antibody detected the protein of interest at the correct size. It had a very strong signal. I was comparing different white adipose tissue pads from 2 mouse strains. The right six rows had higher expression of glut 4 than the other samples.

This antibody does a good job at detecting glut 4 in mouse tissue extracts. I would recommend it to anyone desiring to look at glut 4 expression.
