Our research program involves profiling of lymphocytes in spleen and tumors. To detect T-cytotoxic cells from spleen and tumor samples, we stained these samples with anti-CD8 antibody. This antibody worked really well in separating T-cytotoxic cells from T-helper and T-Reg cells with no difficulty in optimization.
