Results Summary

I am profiling lymphocytes in spleen and tumors. To sort leukocytes from crude spleen and tumor samples, we stain these samples with anti-CD45 which is a common antigen expressed in all leukocytes. This antibody works really well and produces great results with no difficulty in optimization.
