Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice, and to do so we use various genetically modified mice. In one of our models, we need to be able to identify the Vβ5 T-cell receptor. We chose this antibody because it’s very bright so we can detect these molecules even at low levels.

Cells were stained in 100 µL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
