Product Name:

Alexa Fluor 647 anti-human/mouse Granzyme B Antibody

Catalog Number:

515406

We routinely assess cytolytic activity in CD8 T cells upon acute infections. Granzyme B is a canonical marker for this activity using flow cytometry. Along with other cytokines, granzyme B indicates a cell with polyfunctional capability and superior ability to kill target cells. The antibody is good and bright.

Summary

The Good

Very bright signal and can easily detect the population

The Bad

Higher dilution than other cytokine antibodies we use

The Bottom Line

One of the best antibodies to detect Granzyme B in T cells. We went through multiple trials before we came across this clone and color.
