This antibody was used to stain for the serotonin transporter on primary cells. Cells were fixed by 4% Para-formaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin. Then they were washed and stained with primary antibody at 1:25 dilution for 1 hour, then washed and stained with secondary antibody for 1 hour. The cells were then subjected to analysis by FACS.

Slight increase in MFI is observed, as shown in picture. Based on these results, I would recommend a lower dilution (1:10).
Possibility for better optimization
Expensive for sub-optimal results
Would only recommend getting this antibody if you have the money to spend on just optimizing it.
