Company:

Abcam

Product Name:

Anti-Raptor antibody [EP539Y]

Catalog Number:

ab40768

The aim of our experiment was to check the levels of raptor protein in whole-cell lysates of HeLa cells transfected with scramble and raptor-specific siRNA. Samples were loaded on SDS-PAGE and transferred onto PVDF membrane. Raptor-specific antibody obtained from Abcam was successfully used to analyze the protein levels.
