Human c-Myc Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Antibody

Catalog Number:

IC3696G

We used the Human c-Myc Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Antibody from R&D Systems to detect changes in intracellular c-Myc in Mino cells treated with JQ-1, a known inhibitor of c-Myc. The antibody was great.

Results Summary

Mino cells were treated with JQ-1 at 1 and 2 µM for 24 hours. Intracellular c-Myc was detected after fix and permeabilization. Using c-Myc antibody at 10 µL per sample, c-Myc levels decreased with JQ-1 treatment, as seen by flow analysis.
