I am interested in studying the molecular mechanism of hedgehog signal transduction in vertebrate cells. I have performed a CRISPR/Cas9 genetic screen to uncover new regulators of hedgehog signaling pathway. One of the positive regulators identified in my screens was Ift88. In this experiment, I had knocked out Ift88 in NIH-3T3 cells using lentiCRISPR v2 strategy. The result is a pooled knockout cell line for Ift88. Ift88 antibody from Proteintech picked up a band at ~93 kDa. The predicted size is 93 kDa.
