Product Name:

PE anti-mouse CD107a (LAMP-1) Antibody

Catalog Number:

121611

I use this antibody in a functional assay for determining NK cell degranulation. The antibody works well and gives a very strong and bright signal. The only drawback is that there is some background, but it is easily distinguished from the positive staining.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Results Summary

Cells are stimulated with an activating antibody or target cells, and incubated with the CD107a antibody. Cells are then harvested and stained for other surface or intracellular markers, and run on the flow cytometer. This antibody detects NK cells that have degranulated upon stimulation and exposed CD107a on the cell surface.
