Fixable Viability Dye APC e780

In our lab we extract single cells from mouse tissues and the many processing steps cause abundant cell death. In order to have accurate flow results, we need to stain for the dead cells and eliminate them from further analysis. This stain is very bright and allows us to easily gate out the dead cells in our samples.
