For our research, we have isolated about 50 genes differentially expressed during adipocyte differentiation, and we have characterized several of the genes which were involved in insulin sensitivity, and clinical disorders such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome. This antibody was used to detect adiponectin expression in 3T3-L1 cell by western blot analysis. The band shown on western blot is at the right size and the intensity is strong enough.
