The antibody is very specific with high affinity. I could detect strong and saturated band even with only 5 micrograms of sample and highly diluted primary and secondary antibodies. It gives a single band at around 17 kDa.
Diluted antibody can be reused multiple times if stored in -20 with 0.4% sodium azide.
