Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-mouse CD144 (VE-cadherin) Antibody

Catalog Number:

I was attempting to use this antibody for FACS analysis to validate an animal model. I performed a titration experiment using digested murine lung tissue, which I did side by side with a CD31 antibody (worked). This antibody did not show good separation at any of the 3 concentrations I used, and I would not recommend it.
