We work with the influenza A infection model in mice to study the involvement of CD4 and CD8 T cells. T-bet is a transcription factor expressed intracellularly in these cells and we want to study it's expressional changes in our mouse model. PE is bright and allows us to clearly see this antibody expression in our cell population.
