Results Summary

Frozen section of mouse spinal cord was rinsed, permeabilized with 1% Triton for 1 hour, blocked in 10% normal donkey serum and stained with mouse anti-advillin antibody (Abcam ab72210 dilution 1/100) for 2 hours. Secondary donkey-anti-mouse Alexa 488 conjugated antibody was applied for 1 hour. Cells were rinsed and counterstained with DAPI. Results show that upper lamina of the dorsal horn (with a lot of primary afferent terminations) has positive staining. This is a good antibody.
