NSC34 cells were transfected with VAChT-mCherry, fixed, permeabilized with 1% Triton for 20 min, blocked in 10% normal donkey serum and stained with mouse anti-advillin antibody (Chemicon #ABN100) for 2 hours. Secondary donkey-anti-goat Cy2 conjugated antibody were applied for 1 hour. Cells were rinsed and counterstained with DAPI. Results shows perfect colocalization. This is a good antibody.
