With this kit, you can analyze the expression of 23 cytokines in just one analysis. The cytokines quantified are: Eotaxin, G-CSF, GM-CSF, IFN-gamma, IL-1a, IL-1ß, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-9, IL-10, IL-12 (p40), IL-12 (p70), IL-13, IL-17A,KC, MCP-1 (MCAF), MIP-1a, MIP-1ß, RANTES and TNF-a.The ratio results/cost is really good. We have used this kit to quantify the expression of these cytokines after the implantation of several devices.

It is very simple and well described in the manufacturer's manual. It is like an ELISA with magnetic beads, with several steps of incubation and washing.
Always be careful to perform the washing under a magnetic field.
Quantification of 23 cytokines in the one well. It is posilbe to compare the expression of these cytokines in 40 samples if using a 96 well plate.
