My work looks at the interactions between host and viruses. For this series of experiments, I was phenotyping virally infected mouse cells from the spleen by flow cytometry. I chose this antibody because of the reliability that comes with BD Biosciences antibodies along with the wide array of colors that this CD4 clone comes in. The BV786 fit well into my planned fluorochrome stain for other markers.

There was a clear separation of the CD4+ and CD4- cells. Further, when paired with CD8, the CD3+ was easily separated into CD4+ and CD8+ cells.
