We are interested in enhancing the killing capacity of HIV-specific CD8 T cells by reengineering TCRs expressed by these cells. We are particularly interested in cells from donors with HLA types, such as B27, that have been described to be prevalent in elite controllers. We look for healthy donors of specific HLA types to collect blood from for our experiments. We use this kit to isolate DNA from blood when screening for donors of specific HLA types.
