Product Name:

Donkey anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 488

Catalog Number:

A21202

The aim of this experiment was to detect the expression of Sox9 protein in formalin fixed paraffin embedded mouse embryonic lung tissue. Therefore, specific Sox9 primary antibody was used for the immunostaining process and the Donkey anti-Mouse was used as the secondary detection antibody (Alexa Fluor 488). Positive cells were stained green in the distal region of the lung. This secondary antibody was recommended by colleagues and is routinely used in the lab.
