The overall goal of this study is to better understand HIV susceptibility across various tissue types in humans using Rhesus Macaque mode. The specific goal it to phenotype different target cell types in various tissues. This anybody was chosen as an alternative to previously used CD3 antibody by Abcam.

Fluorescence Microscopy

Results Summary

Clusters of T cells (CD3 positive staining) were visible throughout the tissues. The samples were normalized against secondary only control where minimal to no fluorescence signal was observed.
