The overall goal of this study is to better understand HIV susceptibility across various tissue types in humans using Rhesus Macaque mode. The specific goal it to phenotype different target cell types in various tissues. This anybody was chosen as an alternative to previously used CD3 antibody by Abcam.
Immunofluorescence
Rhesus Macaque Tissue
One hour at room temperature at 1:200 dilution in PBS
Blocking buffer (Donkey Nomral Serum)
30 minutes at room temperature AF647 antibody at 1:800 dilution in PBS

Fluorescence Microscopy
Clusters of T cells (CD3 positive staining) were visible throughout the tissues. The samples were normalized against secondary only control where minimal to no fluorescence signal was observed.
