Western Blot
Whole cell lysate, RIPA buffer, porcine aortic endothelial cells
1:1000, overnight at 4C, in TBS-tween 0,1% with 3% BSA
Milk 5% in TBS-tween 0,1%
1:5000, goat anti-rabbit from SIGMA ALDRICH (#A0545) 1 hour at room temperature, in TBS-tween 0,1% with 3% BSA

We obtained two clear bands, close to each other, corresponding to the expected 46/54 MW. This antibody was used as an expression control to normalize the results obtained with anti Phospho SAPK/JNK antibody (Cell Signaling, #9251).Little background, no aspecific bands, overall very satisfying performance
Reliable results with little need of optimization
Works in TBST-BSA dilution, which is more expensive than TBST-milk
Surely a very good product if you need fast and reliable data
