The aim of our project was to identify Th1 and Th17 cells based on surface markers. Therefore we needed reliable antibodies. We chose the antibody of Biolegend based on previous good experiences with the company.

50ul of human peripheral blood were stained with the antibody for 30 minutes. Then cells were lysed with BD lysing buffer and then washed twice with PBS. Cells were directly taken to the flow cytometer
