The transfection system using electroporation is very efficient and consumes very less time. We use this Neon transfection to transfer high molecular size plasmid for our expression studies in the hematopoietic stem cells .

We tested the Neon transfection system in established cell lines like 293T, NALM cells as well primary hematopoietic stem cells. The conditions of Voltage, pulse and number of cells varies across the cells lines. We like very much the features such easy to manipulate the condition of electroporation and detailed standardized conditions for most of the established cell lines.

Maintain minimum recommended cell density and DNA amount

Results Summary

Its work perfect most of the established cells lines. We obtained close to 80 %- 90% transfection efficiency when I followed recommended protocol from Neon transfection system. We also got good efficiency on hematopoietic cells. The condition can be easily optimized with Neon transfection system.
