We analyzed samples of crude Arabidopsis thaliana (mouse-ear cress) protein extract from seedlings or later developmental stages according to their protein content. HA tagged proteins in Arabidopsis tissue extracts and in samples containing recombinant protein can be easily detected using this antibody.
