We aimed at determining circulating IL-17 protein levels without having to do intracellular flow cytometry but still using the technique as well. BD CBA kit offers a good option to solve this as protein levels to femtograms are also possible to determine with CBA kits.

Mix beads thoroughly otherwise nothing will be detected.
Overall good and could detect very low quantities as well.
