The purpose of this experiment was to detect metallothionien 3 in primary bone marrow derived mouse macrophages. We used this product based on the validation of this antibody for immunocytochemistry application by Novus biologicals.

1:100 dilution, overnight at 4 deg on a shaker
5% normal goat serum with 0.1% triton X 100
