Company:

Cell Signaling Technology

Product Name:

Caspase-1 Antibody

Catalog Number:

2225

Mammalian smooth cells grown in complete medium were growth arrested and treated with specific growth factor for different time periods. Cell extracts were prepared, resolved in SDS-PAGE, western transferred and immuno-detected for caspase-1 (alpha: 50kDa, beta: 20kDa, gamma: 20kDa, delta: 35kDa) levels using its specific antibodies obtained from Cell Signaling Technology. Selection of antibody was based on western blot picture information provided in antibody flyer.
