Product Name:

Anti-MST1/MST2 (phospho T183) antibody

Catalog Number:

ab79199

Mouse pups were exposed to low oxygen for different time periods and tested for its effect on MST1/MST2 (phospho T183) phosphorylation. Retinal extract from treated and non treated mice pups were resolved in 10 % SDS-PAGE, and immunoblotted with Anti-MST1/MST2 (phospho T183) antibody purchased from Abcam. Selection of antibody was based MST1/MST2 (phospho T183) band shown in antibody flyer.Mouse pups were exposed to low oxygen for different time periods and tested for its effect on MST1/MST2 (phospho T183) phosphorylation. Sample

Mouse retinal whole tissue extract

Primary Incubation

Dilution (1:1000) in 5% BSA prepared in TBST, overnight incubation at 4 degree Celsius

Blocking Agent

5% skimmed milk prepared in TBST

Secondary Incubation

Dilution (1:4000) in 5% skimmed milk prepared in TBST, 2hr at RT

Results Summary

The antibody has detected very weak band of MST1/MST2 (phospho T183) protein at nearly 56 kDa molecular weight. An intense bright band was detected at molecular weight less than 29 kDa. However, no or little effect of treatment was observed in MST1/MST2 phosphorylation.
