Product Name:

PE/DAZZLE594 anti human CD24

Catalog Number:

311133

Frozen PBMCs were thawed and 1X10^6 cells were stained with CD19-APC/Cy7, CD80-FITC, CD86-V450, HLA-DR-Brilliant Violet™ 711, CD24-PE/Dazzle™ 594, CD27-Brilliant Violet™ 85, CD40-PE, BDCA4-APC, and 7AAD. CD24-PE/Dazzle™ 594 is very bright making it easy to see all sub-populations of memory B-cells and it gives much less compensation compared to other products in the same channel.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Human PBMCs

Primary Incubation

1-2 ul for 1-5X10^6 cells

Blocking Agent

NA

Secondary Incubation

NA

Tertiary Incubation

NA

Detection

Flow cytometry Fortessa X20

Results Summary

It was used in a 9-colour B-cell panel. The compensation was very low making it possible to detect all sub-populations, high/dim/bright, of B-cell expressing CD24.

Additional Notes

1-2 ul is enough for 1X10^6-2X10^6 cells.

Summary

The Good

It has very little compensation

The Bad

It is a tandem dye and might have batch-to-batch differences

The Bottom Line

Even if it might have batch-to-batch differences, the brightness still allows for detection of all populations.
