Aortic smooth muscle cell migration into tunica intima is a major cause of restenosis. We have tested various signaling molecules levels in vascular smooth muscle cells to understand the mechanism of their migration. Here, we tested the time-course effect of a chemokine on expression of PLCbeta1 in human aortic smooth muscle cells.
Western Blot
Aortic Smooth Muscle Cell lysates
5% skim milk, 1 hr at room temperature

1:500 dilution/ over night / 4 deg C
Goat anti-rabbit, 1:4000, room temperature for 1 hr

Time-course effect of chemokine has no effect on PLCbeta1 expression
