5% milk powder in 1x TBS-T (0.1% Tween)
Donkey anti-Rabbit HRP antibody was used at 1:10000 dilution in blocking buffer for 1 hr at room temp

GFP tagged 5-HT6 receptor was over-expressed in HEK293T cells. 50 µg of lysate was loaded for Western Blotting using GFP antibody from Novus. The signal is very good with no background issues.
