Results Summary

Mouse lungs were harvested, digested with collagenase and DNAse. Following digestions, cells were washed and pelleted. Cells were then stained for CD16/32 (1 in 200) for 20 mins. Cells were then washed and quantified through BD Canto II. The antibody is easy to use and the CD16/32 population separates easily.
