The orthotopic syngeneic mouse tumors established using MVT1 cell line were analyzed for the presence of CD4+/CD3+ T cells using Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-mouse CD4 Antibody. The tumors were pulverized and single cells were prepared. The cells were stained with Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-mouse CD4 Antibody and analyzed using flow cytometry. The Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-mouse CD4 Antibody successfully detected the T cell population.
