This antibody gives a good detection of GITR, which is known to be expressed at a higher levels in Foxp3+ Tregs than other T cell subsets. In conjunction with other markers such as CD127 and FR4, we have used this antibody to sort for Tregs without fix/perm/staining for Foxp3 and were able to obtain a decent purity for Foxp3+ cells. A fluorescence minus one (FMO) control for GITR will be helpful as the background is a little high.
